Keep the office and the site on the same drawing.

Chat, tasks, Drive, forms and calls for site managers, foremen and project offices. Defects that turn into owned tasks with photos, current drawings on every phone and daily reports that land in one table.

The problem

The crew builds from the drawing in their pocket. It is not the latest one.

The architect revised a detail on Tuesday. On Thursday the formwork goes up to the old version. A defect was photographed on site, sent in a group chat and forgotten, and the plasterer asks again which rooms are still open.

A building site spreads people across a site office, several floors and a dozen companies. Plans, photos, snags and daily reports exist, but they sit in phones, email attachments and paper forms that reach the office days later.

In Polybase

How a construction team works in Polybase.

(01)

Site coordination from the phone

One channel per project or building section. Foremen post photos and questions from the iOS or Android app, the office answers in a thread, and decisions stay with the work instead of in private chats.

(02)

Punch lists and defects as tasks with photos

Photograph a defect, turn the message into a task, assign it to the responsible trade, set a due date and track it on a Board or List until it is closed.

(03)

Plans and drawings in Drive, with versions

Keep drawings, specifications and protocols in Drive folders per project. Version history shows which revision is current, and PDFs open in the viewer on any device.

(04)

Subcontractors as guests in channels

Invite a trade to the one channel that concerns them. They see their drawings and tasks, not the rest of the workspace, and roles decide what they can change.

(05)

Daily reports through forms into Tables

Foremen fill in a short form each day for weather, crew and progress. Entries land as rows in a Table that the project office filters by site, trade or date.

(06)

Site meetings as calls

Start a call from the project channel when the architect or an engineer cannot be on site, share a screen or a plan, and leave the agreed actions as tasks.

Security and hosting

Subcontractors and clients join as guests in single channels without seeing the rest of the workspace. Roles control who can edit drawings and tasks, and you can host Polybase in our EU cloud or on your own servers.

Yes. Invite them as guests to a single channel, such as a trade or a building section, so they see only what concerns them.

Yes. Files in Drive keep versions, so the team can see which revision is current and go back to an earlier one. Polybase does not interpret CAD or BIM files; it stores and shares them.
