Frequently asked questions

Is Polybase a full CRM?

No. Polybase is a team workspace. You can keep customer records in Tables, share email, track follow-ups and build views in Studio. A HubSpot connector is available if you want to keep a dedicated CRM alongside.

Can we connect our existing mailbox?

Yes. Connect Gmail or Microsoft 365 with OAuth, or any IMAP and SMTP account. Channel inboxes need operator configuration for receiving mail.

Can we bring in our existing customer list?

Import it from a CSV file into Tables. There are no guided importers for other tools yet, and migration help is part of onboarding.

Where is our customer data stored?

In our EU cloud or on your own servers. You choose where the workspace runs, and your content is not used to train foundation models.
