Polybase for operations
Turn incoming requests into a clear next step
Collect the details once, route the work and make progress visible. Your process stays connected from intake to completion.
Workflows
Built for how operations teams actually work
Collect every request in one shape
Publish a form for access, equipment or supplier requests. Each response lands as a record in a table with typed columns, so nothing arrives as a loose message.
- Public forms that write straight into Tables
- Typed columns with validation
- Email received in channel or personal inboxes
AI Assistant
AI that knows what needs a follow-up
The AI Assistant works inside your workspace, so it can read the request, check the table and find the assigned task before you chase anyone. It only sees what you are allowed to see.
- Find open requests and their owners
- Summarise long threads and email chains
- Bring your own model, from hosted APIs to self-hosted

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can people outside the company submit requests?
Yes. Public forms accept submissions from anyone with the link and write them into a table. Everything else stays behind your sign-in and roles.
Can we connect our existing mailbox?
Yes. Connect Gmail or Microsoft 365 with OAuth, or any IMAP and SMTP account. Channel inboxes need operator configuration and domain verification.
Do we need developers to build automations?
No. Flows are built in a visual editor with triggers, conditions, loops and actions. Developers can also use the REST API and the MCP server for custom integrations.
Where is our operations data stored?
In our EU cloud or on your own servers. You choose where the workspace runs, and your content is not used to train foundation models.
