Does Polybase replace our project management tool?

For most project teams, yes. Tasks has List, Board and Timeline views, configurable statuses with approvals, labels, assignees and due dates. Migration help is part of onboarding.

Invite external people to the channels they need. Roles decide what each person can see and change, so a partner can follow one project without seeing the rest.
