Frequently asked questions

Can clients see our internal discussion?

No. Guests only see the channel they are invited to. Keep internal discussion in your own channels and share with the client only what belongs in theirs.

Can clients send us files without an account?

Yes. Create an upload link for a folder and set its expiry. Files arrive in that folder, and the link can close after the first upload.

Can we connect our existing calendars?

Yes. Connect Google or Microsoft calendars and events sync both ways. You can also import and export calendar files.

Where is our client data stored?

In our EU cloud or on your own servers. You choose where the workspace runs, and your content is not used to train foundation models.
