Polybase for customer service

Answer every customer with the full picture

Which requests are still waiting for a reply? The export issue is new and unassigned. The invoice address change is waiting on the customer; its thread is linked to the task.

Workflows

Built for how customer service teams actually work

Work the customer inbox as a team

Bring your support address into a channel inbox. The team sees incoming mail in one place, replies with signatures and Drive attachments and discusses tricky cases in a thread beside the message.

  • Channel inboxes with access controlled by the workspace
  • Threading, labels, rules and snooze
  • Delivery notices and scheduled sending

AI Assistant

AI that prepares the answer from your own articles

The AI Assistant works inside your workspace, so it can read the customer thread, find the help article that applies and check the open task. It only sees what you are allowed to see.

  • Summarise a long customer email thread
  • Draft a reply from your own help articles
  • Bring your own model, from hosted APIs to self-hosted

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is Polybase a dedicated helpdesk?

No. Polybase is a team workspace. Channel inboxes, tasks with statuses, forms and Flows let you run a support queue, but there is no customer portal or built-in service-level timer.

Can we connect our existing support address?

Yes. Connect Gmail or Microsoft 365 with OAuth, or any IMAP and SMTP account. Receiving mail in a channel inbox needs operator configuration.

Can customers submit requests without an account?

Yes. Public forms write straight into Tables, and upload links let customers send files into a chosen folder without becoming workspace members.

Where is our customer data stored?

In our EU cloud or on your own servers. You choose where the workspace runs, and your content is not used to train foundation models.
