Polybase for product development
Keep the idea connected to the release
Bring the conversation, the plan and the implementation together. Everyone can see what needs to happen next, and why.
Workflows
Built for how product teams actually work
Turn feedback into assigned work
Collect feedback in a channel or a public form, discuss it in a thread and turn it into a task in one click. Each task keeps the conversation that started it.
- Chat to task in one click
- Public forms that write into Tables
- Labels, assignees and due dates on every task
AI Assistant
AI that knows what is blocking the release
The AI Assistant works inside your workspace, so it can read the spec, check the tasks and tell you what is still open. It only sees what you are allowed to see.
- Find open tasks, specs and decisions across the workspace
- Draft release notes and summaries from your own content
- Connect your tools through the MCP server

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How does the GitHub connection work?
Connect GitHub to a channel and link pull requests, branches and commits to tasks. Tasks can change status automatically from that activity, and linked pull requests receive a comment back. It is not a two-way sync of issues.
Does it sync with Linear or Jira?
Not today. Polybase Tasks is a full task board of its own, and migration help is part of onboarding. Automated importers are on the roadmap.
Can AI tools work with our workspace?
Yes. Polybase includes an MCP server with scoped, per-channel API keys, and a REST API under /api/v1. Tools like Claude, Cursor and ChatGPT can connect without seeing more than the key allows.
Where is our product data stored?
In our EU cloud or on your own servers. You choose where the workspace runs, and your content is not used to train foundation models.
