Polybase for account management
Know every account before the next meeting
Bring account plans, customer conversations and renewal dates together. Whoever looks after the account sees what was agreed, what is open and what comes next.
Workflows
Built for how account managers actually work
Write the account plan where the work happens
Keep goals, stakeholders and agreed next steps for each account in a Wiki page. Embed the account's tasks and table views, so the plan shows the current state instead of last quarter's.
- Wiki pages with embedded tasks and table views
- Owners and review dates on every plan
- Backlinks to the meetings and documents behind it
AI Assistant
AI that briefs you on the account
The AI Assistant works inside your workspace, so it can read the account plan, the recent customer messages and the open tasks before you meet. It only sees what you are allowed to see.
- Summarise recent activity on an account
- Draft the meeting agenda from the account plan
- Bring your own model, from hosted APIs to self-hosted

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from the sales page?
Sales focuses on new deals and handoffs. Account management is about existing customers: account plans, shared channels with the customer, regular reviews and renewals. Both use the same workspace.
Can customers join our workspace?
Invite them as guests to a channel. Guest access is scoped to the channel they are invited to, and guests cannot start a recording.
Do we need a separate CRM?
That depends on your process. You can keep account records in Tables and build views in Studio. A HubSpot connector is available if your records also live there.
Where is our customer data stored?
In our EU cloud or on your own servers. You choose where the workspace runs, and your content is not used to train foundation models.
