Frequently asked questions

Can we run Polybase without an internet connection?

Yes. The Docker Compose deployment runs fully offline, and calls use a LiveKit server hosted inside the same network. Features that depend on an external speech provider need connectivity to that provider.

Do you support single sign-on and SCIM?

Tenant administrators can configure OIDC single sign-on and SCIM 2.0 provisioning, including group mappings. Both need setup on your identity provider and in your deployment. We do not offer native SAML.

Are you SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?

Not yet. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are on our roadmap. We answer security questionnaires and architecture questions today, and the platform is designed around GDPR principles.
