Service status

Status & incident response

What we run, how incidents are handled, and where to reach us when something looks wrong. We don't publish uptime theatre — a live, automated status feed is on the roadmap.

Service components

Web application

The Polybase workspace — chat, tasks, docs, boards and calendar in the browser.

API & realtime

REST API, realtime subscriptions and the Slackbot-compatible endpoints.

Calls

Video calls through a self-hosted LiveKit server, started from channels and direct messages.

EU cloud hosting

The managed cloud offering, hosted in the EU.

Self-hosted deployments

Docker-based installs in your VPC or on your own servers — operated by you, on your schedule.

How incidents are handled

Cloud incidents are triaged by the team that builds the product — no outsourced tier-one queue. Self-hosted deployments are operated by your team; we support you with documentation and direct answers.

Report a problem

Something looks down or degraded? Email us — we respond within 24 hours on weekdays, usually much faster.

Self-hosting changes the status question

When Polybase runs in your VPC or on your servers, availability is under your control — your infrastructure, your maintenance windows, your keys. That's the point.
