Frequently asked questions

Can we review images and PDFs in Polybase?

Yes. Upload files to Drive and open them in the viewer. PDFs support highlights, text, images and ink annotations, and every file can have its own discussion thread.

Can agencies and freelancers join our campaigns?

Invite external people to the channels they need. Roles decide what each person can see and change, so a freelancer can work on one campaign without seeing the rest.

Does it replace our project management tool?

For most marketing teams, yes. Tasks has List, Board and Timeline views, statuses with approvals, labels and due dates. Migration help is part of onboarding.

Where is our campaign data stored?

In our EU cloud or on your own servers. You choose where the workspace runs, and your content is not used to train foundation models.
