Frequently asked questions

Can I keep my existing email address?

Yes. Connect Gmail, Microsoft 365 or any IMAP and SMTP account, and keep your own domain. Your team can also share an inbox.

Do we need technical skills to set it up?

No. Channels, tasks, forms and common automations are set up in the app. We help with the first setup and with moving your existing data during onboarding.

Can customers or suppliers get access?

Invite them as guests to the channels they need. They see only that conversation, and roles control what they can change.

What does it cost?
