A truck held at a border, a mislabelled pallet, a driver who can't reach the dispatcher — logistics runs on exceptions, and exceptions today run on phone chains and scattered messenger groups. By the time the story reaches the customer, it has been retold four times and lost its facts along the way.
Polybase gives that traffic structure. A channel per route, depot or customer; every exception a thread of its own — with follow, resolve and a per-thread unread count. Tasks move across List, Board and Timeline views per route or depot; channel inboxes pull carrier email in next to the conversation; and inline translation puts teams on both sides of a border into the same thread.
It all runs in the browser on any device — at the dispatch desk, on the warehouse floor or on the phone in the cab. For most logistics teams the right start is our EU cloud: we operate the platform, your data stays in the EU, TLS 1.3 protects it in transit, and Polybase is designed around GDPR principles. No. Polybase is a web app that runs in any modern browser on any device, installable as a PWA with web push notifications. Native desktop and mobile apps are available.
