The execution gap

Campaigns are planned at HQ and won or lost on the shop floor.

Retail operations run on cadence: campaigns land, prices change, displays move — and execution is distributed across stores staffed in shifts. In many chains the actual coordination happens in personal messaging groups on private phones: invisible to HQ, impossible to hand over, and outside the company's control when staff or devices change.

Polybase gives the cadence a home. A channel per store or region carries announcements, questions and shift handovers as threads that can be followed and resolved — with read receipts, mentions and inline translation for multilingual teams. Campaigns become task boards: statuses, labels, due dates and assignees per store, with approvals when HQ needs sign-off, in List, Board or Timeline view.

It works where frontline work happens. Polybase runs in any modern browser and installs as a PWA on shared back-office devices — no app-store rollout required. And the customer data that flows through support inboxes and order tables stays under your control: every workspace is a single-tenant instance, run in our EU cloud, in your own VPC or on your own servers, designed around GDPR and KVKK principles.

Deployment

Zero IT in the store. Full control at HQ.

Three deployment models, one product. Most retail teams start in our EU cloud; chains that route customer data through the workspace often choose their own VPC.

EU cloud

Our EU cloud

Best fit

We operate the platform in EU regions and your data stays in the EU. Stores need nothing but a browser — the fastest way to bring every branch onto one line.

Private cloud

Your own VPC

For customer-data control

The same Docker images in your cloud account and region. The right boundary when support inboxes and order tables put customer data inside the workspace.

Self-hosted

Your infrastructure

For chains running their own stack

Docker Compose in your own data centre — for retailers that already operate their own infrastructure and want the workspace inside it.

TLS 1.3 protects data in transit in every model. The web app and installable PWA keep shared shop-floor devices simple; desktop and mobile apps are available.

Built for operations

From campaign brief to shop-floor checklist.

(01)

Every store on the same line

A channel per store or region with announcements, mentions and threads that resolve instead of scrolling away. Read receipts show what landed, and inline translation helps multilingual store teams read the same message.

(02)

Campaigns with deadlines built in

Roll a campaign out as a task board: statuses, labels, due dates and an assignee per store, tracked in List, Board or Timeline view. Status approvals let HQ sign off before a store marks it done.

(03)

Made for shared devices

Runs in any modern browser and installs as a PWA — staff sign in with email/password or a magic link, and role-based access limits each account to its store's channels. No app-store rollout on shared hardware.

(04)

Flows for the repeatable work

Automate the weekly drumbeat: triggers on messages, emails, table rows or schedules; conditions and loops; actions that send DMs and emails or update tables. A form submitted from a store can open a task at HQ.

(05)

Customer data under your control

Support inboxes and order tables live in your single-tenant instance — in our EU cloud, your VPC or your own servers. Designed around GDPR and KVKK principles, with role-based access enforced at the database layer.

FAQ

What retail operations teams ask us.

No. Polybase runs in any modern browser and installs as a PWA on shared devices, with web push notifications. Desktop and mobile apps are available and the browser is a first-class client, not a fallback.

HQ creates a task board for the campaign: one task per store, with statuses, labels, due dates and assignees. Stores work their list; Timeline view shows the whole rollout; status approvals let HQ verify before a task closes. And when something comes up mid-rollout, a chat message becomes a task in one click.

In your instance — every Polybase workspace is single-tenant. In our EU cloud, data stays in EU regions; in your VPC or self-hosted, it never leaves infrastructure you control. Polybase is designed around GDPR and KVKK principles, with role-based rules enforced at the database layer.

Yes. Channel inboxes receive mail via SMTP, IMAP pull or provider webhooks, with rules, labels, snooze, scheduled send and undo-send. Connect existing Gmail or Microsoft 365 accounts, and answer support next to the tasks and order tables it relates to.

Next step

Put HQ and every store in one workspace.

Bring one campaign and one store list — we'll build the channel structure and the rollout board live, and map the deployment to where your customer data should sit.
