The challenge

Requirements came in by email and phone, decisions were made in meetings and the follow-up lived in personal to-do lists. When a consultant was absent, context was hard to reconstruct, and customers asked where their data was stored and who could see it.

What changed

Each customer project now has its own space in Polybase. Meeting notes, decisions and open questions are documented in Docs, follow-ups become tasks with a clear owner, and customer stakeholders can be invited to the conversations that concern them. Because Polybase can run in the EU cloud or on infrastructure the customer controls, data-protection questions have a clear answer.
