The challenge
Conversations happened in messaging apps, plans in spreadsheets and decisions in someone’s memory. Switching between projects meant searching for the latest state each time, and important details slipped between the cracks.
What changed
Each project now has a Polybase channel where messages, files, tasks and decisions stay together. Tables keep operational lists such as suppliers or launch checklists, and the canvas is used to sketch layouts and flows before they become tasks. When the founder switches context, the current state is one channel away.
The result
“Polybase gives us a calmer way to keep conversations, decisions and delivery connected,” says Daniel Dinh. Less searching, fewer lost details, and a team that knows what was decided.
“Our work spans hospitality and digital projects, which makes context easy to scatter. Polybase gives us a calmer way to keep conversations, decisions and delivery connected.”
