The challenge
Clinical input, model experiments and app features were discussed in different places, so it was hard to see why a decision was made and what it depended on. As a health-tech company, Propose also needed to know exactly where that information was stored.
What changed
Propose uses Polybase as its single workspace: clinical requirements and research notes are written in Docs, experiments and app work are tracked as tasks, and discussions stay attached to the work they are about. The AI assistant helps summarise long threads and prepare decisions.
