The native block editor in Polybase has a new name and a new pace. It is now called Wiki in the web and mobile apps, and it is built for the way teams actually write: paragraphs are edited locally while saves run in the background, undo is reliable across blocks, selections and formatting span paragraphs, and Backspace merges neighbouring paragraphs. Every block carries insert, convert, move, duplicate and delete actions, and nested toggles are fully editable.
Knowledge is only useful when it connects. Type @ or [[ to link another Wiki page from the pages you are allowed to see; links point at the page itself, not at a title that may change, and every page shows its backlinks. A compact outline navigates long pages by heading. Pasted content keeps headings, lists, tables, code and nesting. Embedded tasks open their detail sheet and embedded table views open the native Tables surface.
Channel managers can pin a Wiki page to a channel's module bar, next to Chat, Tasks and Docs, so a handbook or runbook is one click away. History restores show a read-only preview and a text comparison before anything changes, the AI assistant reads the current page body when asked about a Wiki, and the mobile app gains authenticated resource pickers, task navigation and retryable saves that keep unsaved input.
