Pangaea has opened the official Polybase Partner Program. Agencies, consultancies, resellers and system integrators can now build a business on the sovereign team workspace — referring clients, reselling licenses, or delivering implementation projects. Applications are open today at polybase.io/partners.
The program is built around a simple observation: teams are tired of paying for five overlapping tools, and the budget for consolidation already exists. Partners can offer one workspace that replaces separate chat, task, call and document tools — running on Polybase's EU-region cloud, in the client's own VPC, or fully air-gapped. That deployment range is the channel's edge: most SaaS rivals cannot leave their own cloud, and the setup and consulting revenue on self-hosted projects stays with the partner.
Four partnership models are on the table. Referral partners bring the introduction and earn a share of first-year subscription revenue on every deal they source. Solution partners resell — they own the sale and the client relationship, buy licenses at partner pricing, and keep an ongoing margin that grows with volume. Implementation and consulting partners deliver self-hosted installs, migrations and team onboarding; service revenue is fully theirs, on top of a share of the subscriptions they bring. A fourth track for technology partners building on the Polybase API opens later.
Every accepted partner starts with the same kit from day one: a free internal-use Polybase license, live product and technical training with the engineering team, a sales and marketing kit, deal registration that protects margins on registered opportunities, priority support for client tickets, co-marketing, and early roadmap access.
Joining is free and carries no exclusivity requirement — partners keep working with their existing vendors and products. The program is open to registered businesses of any size, sole proprietors included. Applications go through a short form at polybase.io/partners; the team replies within two business days, and a fit leads to a 30-minute intro call followed by onboarding — training, a demo environment and the sales kit — in the first week.
