Founders Program launches: ten startups get Polybase free for a year

Pangaea has launched the Polybase Founders Program: ten early-stage startups get the entire Polybase workspace on Polybase Cloud, free for twelve months. Applications are open at polybase.io/founders, and spots go first come, first served.

The program covers all twelve modules in one workspace — chat, tasks, docs, drive, calls, calendar, boards, email, tables, automation and AI — for up to 25 seats per startup, for twelve months from the start date. In normal pricing terms that is real money: Core alone is €10 per user per month, and a team of ten on Core plus one add-on module would pay €1,800 over a year. Founders Program teams pay €0, with no trial countdown and no feature gates.

Everything runs on Polybase Cloud, hosted on EU infrastructure. There is nothing to set up — no servers, no Docker — the workspace is ready the same day a startup is approved, updates are handled by the Polybase team, and traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3 in transit. The team also helps migrate existing channels and files, so switching does not fall on the founders alone. Private cloud and self-hosted deployments remain available on paid plans, and program teams can move onto them later without rebuilding.

The program is open to startups under three years old with fewer than 25 people, for as long as spots are available. Applying takes a short form: startup name, team size and one line on what the team is building. No card and no commitment are required, and the details are used only to contact applicants about the program.

Polybase confirms each spot and provisions the workspace usually within three working days of an application. After that it is a matter of inviting the team and bringing the work across — with migration help included.
