Document comparison is now available from the shared Drive context menu, across grid, table, column and gallery views. It understands PDF, DOCX, HTML, plain-text uploads and native Polybase Docs, pairs compatible formats and explains when a source cannot be compared.

On mobile, native Docs are no longer view-only. Rich inline editing covers headings, lists, todos, toggles, callouts, code, media, tables and more. Structural edits, uploads and realtime changes use the same permission and conflict controls as the web editor.

External sharing closes the loop. A native Doc shared outside the workspace opens in the browser and can be downloaded as Markdown. Together, the changes make a document usable across review, field editing and external handoff without converting it into a different source of truth.
