A call in Polybase now ends the way a good meeting does: with a record. Every call leaves one system message in its channel or direct conversation, with who started it, when, how long it lasted and who joined, worded for the reader. In a 1:1 conversation an unanswered call reads as a missed call with a call-back action, and the person who did not pick up receives a missed-call notification. Whoever joined or declined gets nothing extra.
Calls that arrive while you are already on one used to offer a single Decline. The quiet call-waiting strip now offers the two things a busy person actually wants: end the current call and switch to the new one in a single step, or send one of three preset busy replies to the caller before declining. If a reply fails to send, the ring stays so you can retry.
Around the call itself, the screen-share picture-in-picture window gains a Back to app control that raises the workspace without ending the share, signed-in users join from a prejoin screen inside Polybase, and call invitations use one consistent set of options. Joining is more reliable too: token requests stay alive with clear failure reasons, a failed call no longer blocks incoming rings, and cancelling or restarting a screen share cleans up properly.
